Starting the course by defining what boundaries are, this module will expound on the different types of boundaries that we need to familiarize ourselves with in order to be able to implement them in our personal lives.
In this module, we are going to look at the different ways we allow our boundaries to be crossed, what is a healthy boundary, what is the difference between enmeshment and intimacy and finally what makes a boundary healthy.
In this module, we begin to explore more about the importance of setting boundaries, as well as the steps we need to take in order to begin setting them.
In this module we are going to delve into how we are creating some of the boundary challenges in our lives and which parts of our lives may be affecting how we participate in these challenges.
Compassion and understanding are the nourishment that feeds our souls, but even more when they are coupled with our self-love driven boundaries. In this module, we will understand the value of leading with compassion and tethering to the understanding that boundaries are the nourishment for your soul.
